DRH2O Water Treatment Service Agreement Business Name: DRH2O Water Treatment Service Contact: Zachary Heise — (778) 808-7448 Location: Abbotsford, BC Service Agreement This Agreement is made between DRH2O Water Treatment Service ('Contractor') and the Client listed below: Client Name: Service Address: Date: 1. Scope of Work _________________________________________ _________________________________________ ____________________ The Contractor agrees to install and/or service water treatment equipment at the address above. Work may include installation of systems, filter maintenance or replacement, inspection, and testing. All work will be completed safely and professionally in compliance with local codes. 2. Payment Terms Total Cost: $__________ (plus taxes) Deposit: $__________ due upon scheduling (if applicable) Balance: Due immediately upon completion of work Accepted Payment: Cash, cheque, or e-transfer to DRH2O Water Treatment Service Late Fee: 2% monthly interest applies to unpaid balances over 30 days. 3. Warranty DRH2O Water Treatment Service provides a two-month limited warranty on labour and materials supplied. This covers installation or service defects only and excludes misuse, freezing, or water quality issues beyond the contractor’s control. 4. Service Visits Clients may schedule recurring visits for maintenance or filter changes. DRH2O will notify when service is due. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. 5. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide safe access, ensure water and power availability, and inform DRH2O of any plumbing or electrical concerns before work begins. 6. Liability DRH2O Water Treatment Service is insured and performs all work with due care. The Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. 7. Cancellation If the Client cancels after materials are purchased or work has begun, the Client will be responsible for costs incurred to date. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia or Alberta, depending on where the work is performed. Disputes shall be resolved in the local small claims court of that province. Products sold by DR.H2O may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage and duration will be detailed at the time of purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, DR.H2O and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
